HAPPY SNOW DAY

I am sure that you are all thrilled about the news of a snow day!!! I hope that everyone took a book home with them so you can read the entire week!!!!! We will be having a detention on December 3 and if you haven't tested on a book, you will be in detention!!!

This week

What we did this week.This week we are going to do a Veteran's Day concert. The concert will be on Veteran's Day which is Thursday. For our class we are going to sing a song called "In Flander's Field." On Wednesday Miss Johnson bought us a book called Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth. Miss Johnson gave us a paper to write our name on it then we had to give it to her to see who is going to read Diary of a Wimpy Kid: The Ugly Truth. Miss Johnson is the nicest teacher ever. I can’t wait to read it.

The Scaring is over

Halloween is over and people have candy wrappers everywhere. The Halloween parade was really fun. We got a lot of candy after the parade. Enough about Halloween, now we are writing an essay on renewable or nonrenewable energy. One thing we learned is that nuclear energy is a really efficient way to make energy. Another thing that will happen is that an author named Gary Hogg is coming and only a few people are going to going to his workshop. I think that the workshop will be really fun and I hope Gary Hogg is funny. We hope you have a great week.
